For more than a decade Cooper Robertson has served the greater Seattle area as an HVAC installer, service technician, trainer, product specialist, controls designer, project manager, and field manager. He has worked in single & multi-family dwellings, custom builds, restaurants, offices, churches, warehouses, and practically any environment that needs a controlled climate. Inspired to advance his project management skills, Cooper returned to school in 2023 to earn his business degree. While holding the role of the Commissioning Manager for a local mechanical company and attending class during the evenings, he started Adaptive to cast his vision and better serve this great community.
